Who we are
Breezy is a trading name of Penydarren Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 17277827. We design and build custom operations software. Penydarren Ltd is the data controller for the personal data described here. For anything about your data, contact us at enquiries@breezy.ltd.
What we collect
When you submit the enquiry form we collect the details you provide: your name, company, email address and the message describing your workflow. Our servers also keep standard technical logs (such as IP address and timestamp) for security and reliability.
Why we use it
We use your details only to respond to your enquiry and to discuss working together. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in replying to people who contact us, and taking steps at your request before any agreement. We do not sell your data or use it for marketing.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your data. We use a small number of trusted service providers to run the site and handle enquiries: a website host (Vercel), an email delivery provider (Resend) that notifies us of new enquiries, and our own operations and database platform (Supabase and Railway) where the enquiry is stored so we can follow up. Each only processes your data on our instructions.
Where your data is held
Some of these providers process data outside the UK, including in the European Union, the United States and Australia. Where personal data is transferred outside the UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, or the UK addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details while we are in contact and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you get back in touch, and then delete them. Technical logs are kept only for as long as they are useful for security and reliability.
Cookies
We do not use cookies for analytics, advertising or tracking. Any cookies are limited to those strictly necessary for the site to work.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, delete, restrict or port the personal data we hold about you, and because we rely on legitimate interests you also have the right to object to our use of it. Email enquiries@breezy.ltd and we will respond. If you are in the UK and have a concern we cannot resolve, you can also contact the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date above shows when it last changed.
